The National Poison Centre actively provides consultation to product founders and owners, with emphasis on cosmetic and traditional medicine products and the importance of producing safe and high quality products in the market through training and laboratory testing. These programs can be conducted in a few series according to the courseware developed, customizable upon request.

List of topics include:

1. Basic knowledge of safe and high quality products focusing on traditional medicines
2. Responsibility of product owners to ensure their products are safe and of high quality
3. Registration processes set by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA)
4. The importance of product testing according to NPRA accredited laboratories
5. Possible adulterants and Food-Drug Interphase (FDI) substances present in products and their adverse effects
6. Do’s and Don'ts tips for product owners
