3. Massive Open Online Course: Introduction to the National Poison Centre Course

This course covers topics including the definition, types and core functions of poison centres worldwide as well as the World Health Organization’s involvement in establishing these centres. A brief history of the Malaysia National Poison Centre (NPC), focusing on the services and achievements since its establishment is also included.

4. Micro-Credential Short Course : Drug and Poison Information Service 

The course aims to expose and introduce basic information on the role of Drug and Poison Information Services (DPIS) in promoting rational use of medicines and chemical safety, especially to healthcare professionals and students. This course also focuses on guiding DPIS pharmacists and personnel step by step to respond to received drug and poison related enquires.
